Job Summary:
The Administrative/Accounting Assistant provides a variety of administrative, clerical, and accounting support to the Executive Director (ED) and Board of Directors. Duties may include researching/compiling information, coordinating activities between departments and/or outside services, and general accounting responsibilities. This position maintains data, generates and formats reports and other documents using a full range of computer software skills including spreadsheets, word processing, desktop publishing, database management, presentation software, accounting software, etc. May assume responsibility for special projects relating to department functions.

To perform this job successfully, the individual should be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
