Kuder Inc is Hiring a Sales Development Representative Near Adel, IA

Position Overview:

Kuder is seeking a highly motivated, ambitious, collaborative, and curious Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. As an SDR, you will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying opportunities, and setting appointments for our sales team. You will be the first point of contact for potential customers and will play a critical role in the success of our sales efforts.

This role is designed to also be a potential entry point into our Account Executive team and we are looking for individuals who have a passion for sales and want to grow into a client-facing New Business sales role. The candidate should have a desire to learn, get better, and have a hunger to see the team succeed as well as themselves. This is hunter type of role and should be filled by someone with the ability to relentlessly pursue a meaningful opportunity and deliver on the goals set in front of them.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Generate and qualify new leads through heavy outbound prospecting activities, including phone calls, emails, and social media.
  • Qualify inbound leads and identify potential opportunities.
  • Achieve assigned opportunity creation quotas and sales goals.
  • Conduct research on prospective customers to understand their business needs and pain points.
  • Ensure that our CRM reflects your updated and accurate client data.
  • Closely partner with and schedule appointments for the sales team.
  • Provide a positive customer experience by anticipating, discovering, and orienting to their key initiatives, and effectively communicating the value of Kuder’s platform.
  • Participate in product, sales, and marketing training with the goal of being selected to move to an AE position in the future.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales or lead generation, preferably in a B2B environment
  • K12 SaaS Ed Tech experience a big plus!
  • Relationship experience with districts, regional education agencies, or state agencies, preferred.
  • Domestic travel up to 25%.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience using CRM tools and sales automation software.
  • Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
