Seamless Sourcing is Hiring a Director of Sales (SaaS / Healthcare) Near King of Prussia, PA

In less than 15 years of business, and without losing our startup culture / energy, we've emerged as an industry-leader for Healthcare technology and software. Thanks to our special blend of hands-on Executives, white-glove Customer Success Leaders, and cutting-edge Technologists, we have experienced year over year growth... even through COVID!

We are looking for a talented Sales Manager or Sales Director with Healthcare B2B experience, as well as SaaS product proficiency. The right incumbent will lead our team to double-digit growth in sales!

The base salary for this role is $120,000 to $135,000 with total compensation being $200,000 to $250,000 all in. In addition to salary and commission, there's a matching 401(K), as well as an equity stock plan!

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Business Development - Someone who can still sell on their own desk. Although a majority of the deals will come from the team, we need a hands-on leader who can truly "walk the walk" by doing biz dev and prospecting themselves.
  • Leadership - Someone with management experience. This person will manage a team of 4, and while they're leading and training that team of 4, they will be responsible for growing the team to 6-8.
  • Sales Strategy - Someone who can create and implement a sales strategy that results in double-digit growth. We are looking for a Sales Manager / Director who understands how to train, groom, and lead using effective KPI metrics.
  • Industry & Domain - Someone who has Healthcare and SaaS experience. We build and sell SaaS-based healthcare products to hospitals, doctor's offices, etc.
