Responsabilidades del Representante de BDC Automotriz
- Responder llamadas de clientes y hacer seguimiento con citas de ventas
- Responder rápidamente a consultas por internet, teléfono y chat en vivo utilizando plantillas y guiones de correo electrónico, teléfono y chat en vivo
- Proporcionar a los clientes información inicial del producto y dirigirlos a los recursos apropiados del concesionario
- Presentar opciones de financiamiento iniciales según las necesidades del cliente
- Hacer seguimiento a los clientes potenciales que no están listos para hacer una cita o que no se presentan
- Participar en sesiones de desarrollo de equipo y procesos manteniendo relaciones positivas con compañeros de equipo, equipos de ventas y la gerencia del concesionario
- Utilizar el sistema de seguimiento CRM diariamente
Calificaciones del Coordinador de Desarrollo Comercial
- Al menos un rol anterior basado en una fuerte experiencia en ventas y servicio al cliente (experiencia en centro de llamadas, experiencia en programación de citas, etc.)
- La experiencia en concesionarios automotrices es una ventaja
- Actitud de jugador de equipo
- Puntual y cortés
- Personalidad entusiasta
- Debe tener fuertes habilidades informáticas

Pay: $35,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
