• · Prospect warm leads through calls, emails and or text messaging.
• · Complete daily lead goals by contacting and quoting new clients through Agency Zoom.
• · Educate clients on insurance products and recommend coverage options that meet their needs.
• · Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• · Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
• · Meet and or exceed sales targets and performance metrics consistently.

Requirements

• Must be licensed or willing to obtain a Michigan State Insurance license.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred but not required.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Previous sales experience is preferred; training will be provided.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly motivated self-starter with a passion for sales and customer service.
