Job Description :

We are seeking an Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will need to build relationships with Five Star Real Estate Realtors , generate leads, and assist them in finding the right insurance solutions for their clients.

You will utilize your excellent relationship-building talents and create confidence with our client and partners at Five Star Real Estate, utilizing those relationship skills to provide insurance policies / packages to individuals and businesses as a result of those relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Reaching sales goals, cultivating customer relationships, and providing remarkable service quality.
  • Developing, maintaining, and expanding your network to create insurance sales opportunities.
  • Use excellent rapport skills to establish trust, provide honest and empathetic interactions, and to maintain client retention to promote product loyalty.
  • Follow-up to generate cross sell opportunities.
  • Actively listen to and address the clients objections and concerns.
  • Advise and educate prospects on insurance policies based on their personal needs and goals.
  • Create effective sales strategies to achieve business growth and meet sales targets.

Requirement

  • Insurance Property and Casualty License REQUIRED.
  • 2 years of demonstrated success in Insurance Sales (negotiable if candidate has extensive successful sales background)
  • Goal-oriented individual with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
  • Demonstrate professionalism over the phone, in writing, and in the office to create a positive work environment and ensure effective communication.
  • Ambitious self-starter with the ability to work independently and be a team player to hit targets and collaborate with team members.
