The award winning restaurants Ore Hill & Swyft are currently seeking an Executive Chef to join our team. We are two small restaurants located in the Connecticut countryside. Our restaurant Ore Hill was recently named to the New York Times list of best restaurants in America. Our proximity to the farmland of Ct. allows us to use the finest grown local products and work with some great artisans.
We are looking for a hands on Executive Chef who will be able to lead and mentor our team, while creating some of the best food in the region. This is a very exciting opportunity for someone looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of a city and a great opportunity for an up and coming chef to make a real name for themselves.
We ask that candidates have 5 years in a fine dining restaurant leadership position.
