The individuals needing direct-care support are nonverbal and require observant staff, that are diligent in reporting daily changes or concerns and staff that have strong communication skills to work with the entire care team. The care team consists of a family members, agency, staff and other direct support professionals.

This is a steady, weekly, long-term, permanent employment opportunity. We are seeking career professionals, who have prior experience supporting young adults with disabilities utilizing wheelchairs and needing behavioral support.

Job applicants should also be comfortable with aspects of personal care, including but not limited to; dressing, toileting, feeding, meal preparation and medication administration. Applicants should also be comfortable driving a work vehicle during all shifts, hold a valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance and have access to a reliable vehicle to arrive at work. Applicants with prior experience, or with special skills including CNA certification, PMT or medication certification are highly encouraged to apply.
