Job Description:

As our new Financial Administrative Assistant, you'll be stepping into a role that's at the heart of our operations during an exhilarating period of 10X year-over-year growth. If you're meticulously organized, detail-oriented, and looking for a chance to dive into the financial sector, this is your opportunity!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Document Facilitator: Prepare and manage document packets for digitization, keeping our client data secure and accessible.
  • Master of Schedules: Coordinate meetings and communication flows for our clients, ensuring seamless interactions.
  • Supply Guru: Keep our office running smoothly by managing supplies and daily needs.
  • Team Supporter: Directly assist three financial advisors, empowering them to focus on client success.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, and familiarity with Gmail.
  • Energetic and adaptable to a fast-paced office environment.
  • Curious and eager to grow in the financial industry, with plenty of room for advancement.

Additional Information:

  • This is an office-based position, starting part-time (30 hours per week) with the potential to transition to full-time during our busy season (Q4 or beginning of January).
  • Salary: $16.25 to $20.50 per hour, based on experience.
  • Benefits include paid sick leave and vacation time.
  • Full-time employment offers additional benefits.
