Papa John's Food Service is Hiring a QCC Administrative Assistant Near Louisville, KY

SUMMARY

The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support for the Quality Control Center team.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Answer and screens telephone calls & e-mails in a friendly and professional manner.

· Greet and direct QCC visitors appropriately.

· Proactively assist in addressing customer service and delivery issues.

· Create/update support documents for Quality Control Center.

· Provide administrative support for the Quality Control Center team (mailing, copying, filing, faxing and other administrative duties).

· Order and monitor office supplies.

· Support supervisor and team with general accounting, travel arrangements, and other duties as needed.

· Provide back-up administrative support during supervisor’s absence. As well as provide support for accounting.

· Perform other duties as assigned

FUNCTIONAL SKILLS

· Proficient experience required with computer applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and e-mail applications. Working knowledge of Oracle and/or PeopleSoft preferred.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND CERTIFICATIONS

· High school diploma or equivalent required.

· Two (2) to three (3) years administrative/customer service experience.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

While performing the duties of this job, the team member is regularly required to sit and talk or hear. The team member frequently is required to use hands to finger, handle or feel. The team member is occasionally required to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, repetitive use (or motion) of arms and hands, bend and stoop and lift up to 25 pounds.

WORKING CONDITIONS

Essential functions are performed in a distribution/manufacturing environment and in accordance with PJ Food Service safety policies/guideline.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.69 - $28.04 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
