Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Indian Nepalese (Tandoor) Chef to join our team. As a Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and cooking of meals, ensuring high-quality food production, and managing the kitchen staff. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in banquet and restaurant management, with exceptional leadership and culinary skills.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and direct food preparation and cooking activities
- Create menus and develop new recipes
- Ensure that all food is prepared in accordance with health and safety regulations
- Monitor food production to ensure consistent quality and presentation
- Train and supervise kitchen staff, including cooks and assistants
- Collaborate with the dietary department to meet specific dietary requirements
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Chef or similar role in the food industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary trends
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in relation to food handling and storage
- Strong organizational and time management skills
