Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Human Resources Manager to join our team. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, program management, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with senior leadership.
Duties:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws
- Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions
- Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters
- Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
- Manage performance evaluation processes and provide coaching and feedback to employees
- Fill out and submit I9 paperwork
- Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and maintain a safe working environment
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop strategic HR initiatives
- Utilize systems to manage employee data
Qualifications:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management roles
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Proven experience in recruiting and talent acquisition strategies
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Strong program management skills
- Computer Literate
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with senior leadership
