Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our team. The Office Administrator will be responsible for overseeing daily office operations, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring the office runs efficiently.
Duties:
- Coordinate and oversee all office activities and operations
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
- Provide administrative support to Project Managers and Construction Teams
- Reply to Emails and phone communications and check mail daily
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers and subconstractors as needed
- Communicate effectivally with the accounting department to track project expenses, budget and invoices.
-Ensure Compliance with subcontractors insurance and other procedures
-Speak portuguese
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as an Office Administrator or similar role
- Proficiency in file management, front desk operations and general administrative tasks
- Knowledge of Construction terminolagy and processes is a Plus
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Familiarity with clerical procedures and office management systems
- Experience with Spreadsheet
- Great Communication skills
