Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent time management abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide support to our team and ensure the smooth operation of our office.
Duties:
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments
- Assist with data entry and maintaining databases
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate person
- Coordinate and assist with event planning and logistics
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and organizing documents
- Assist with office supply management and ordering
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role is preferred
- Proficiency in computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work tasks
