We are currently searching for a team member to join our team as a Production Manager.

Qualifications

• Professional demeanor with a positive open-minded attitude
• Knowledge of construction terms and practices
• Previous experience in the remodel industry (5 plus years) (preferred)
• Previous experience in managing coordination of residential projects including interior remodel, windows, doors, siding, flooring, tile, and cabinets
• Organized, efficient self-started that can work well in a team
• Proficient in Google Suites, email, Word, Excel
• Xactimate Experience (preferred)
• Insurance / Mitigation experience (preferred)

Job Responsibilities

• The Production Manager is responsible for:
• Maintaining open, honest and positive lines of communication with internal team, subcontractors, suppliers and homeowners.
• Establishing expectations and consistently holding team members accountable for actions.
• Initiates second point of contact from Veritas to the homeowner post contract signing.
• Visiting job site prior to work starting to meet & engage with customer to ensure scope of project has not changed since contract signing.
• Assess the property to confirm work as noted on work order is the correct scope of work for field team.
• Planning the work phase of the project. These tasks include, but are not limited to: scheduling job calendar, ordering and scheduling materials, coordination with the homeowner and field team for any changes to schedule or project scope, electronically documenting project status ensure all team members have access to information regarding project status.
• Visit job sites daily or as needed to confirm the field team has all materials required for the planned work.
• Ensure the field team is able to be productive for the duration of the day.
• Assign work to field team.
• Approve material & supply purchases.
• Help to problem solve any field issues in support of the field team.
• Serving and supporting the field team as the liaison between leadership and field team.
• Amend work orders if required.
• Sign off on final project including quality of work and customer expectations have been met.
• Must be willing to travel in the local market to customer meetings. Some office time is required to meet successful goals. No overnight travel required.

• Smart phone capable of taking pictures / videos during inspections
• Knowledge of construction terms
• Knowledge of insurance claims terms (preferred)
• Experience in consultative customer conversations
