We are currently searching for a team member to join our team as a contracted Supplement Coordinator. The ideal candidate

· At least 5-years of experience with Xactimate

· At least 2-years of experience with Symbility

· At least 5-years of experience in storm damage property claims

· Ability to receive instruction and complete documentation with detail and efficiency

· Ability to tell the story with pictures of property

· Ability to climb on roofs for inspection when necessary

· Good communication and people skills to listen and hear customer expectations and needs

· Good communication and people skills to build others up on the team

Job Responsibilities

· Enter claims and supplemental information into Xactimate or Symbility, demonstrating proficiency and accuracy in data entry

· Communicating effectively and efficiently with Operations Manager and Project Managers on changes required to make the customer whole after storm damage.

· As required, visit customer property obtaining necessary photos and measurements to accurately submit required information to the insurance carrier.

· Tell the story with photos of the damage for the insurance company’s desk adjustor.

· Represent Veritas well to our customers and community.

Required Skills

· Valid Driver’s License & clean driving record

· Basic math, computer and internet skills

· Knowledge of insurance and property damage terminology

· Smart phone capable of taking pictures

· Ability to climb a ladder

· Ability to work in office environment

· Leadership & teaching abilities

· Be personally driven, motivated and a good manager of time

· Strong sense of accountability

Skills Preferred

· 10-years of insurance storm property damage experience
