Summary:
Hyway is seeking a motivated Records Management Intern to collaborate closely with our esteemed HR and Transportation teams, providing essential support across various functions. The primary objective of this role is to facilitate the efficient scanning, uploading, and organizing of records into designated digital repositories.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with HR and Transportation teams to scan, upload, and file records to designated digital platforms.
- Ensure meticulous attention to detail and adherence to established naming conventions during the digitization process.
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills and proficient use of computer systems.
- Exhibit excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Understand and uphold the importance of confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.

- Assist with administrative tasks as needed, contributing to the overall efficiency of the department.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated willingness to learn in a dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with basic computer operations.
