The Warehouse Team Lead will ensure daily work activities for the shift team are done efficiently and effectively in order to meet customer demands. The Lead will be responsible for directly, training, and assisting with day-to-day operations within the warehouse as well as monitor employees’ productivity and coordinate daily work activities. In this role, you may operate warehouse equipment which may include forklift and reach trucks. An important aspect of the Lead role is training employees on safety, processes, and workflow within the warehouse.

To ensure success as a Warehouse Team Lead, you should be able to utilize a Warehouse Management System (preferably Cadence). You will participate in assigned training programs and adhere to all guidelines. You will communicate with co-workers to ensure a consistent team environment and maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. You will be held accountable to comply with all defined business process and the utilization of all technology platforms, as defined by FST. You will provide feedback through side-by-side coaching and on-the-job training and comply with all FST Standard Operating Procedures and Policies.
