Description
As the MCS Teresa’s Place Center Supervisor, you would play a central role in helping our clients access services and resources, and monitoring visits between children and parents. You would use your professional skills to assist clients in managing and overcoming their difficulties to improve day to day functioning, assessing clients for services, support other members of the team, and collaborate with professionals within and outside our agency to assure that clients receive the very best care available.
Specifically, the MCS Teresa’s Place Center Supervisor will/is:
Physical requirements include the following:
Requires standing, sitting, driving, and walking for prolonged periods of time
Occasionally lifts and carries items up to 20 pounds
Requires working under stress in emergency situations
Requires range of hearing and eyesight to record data electronically and communicate with clients
Requires occasional driving in adverse weather conditions
Requires frequent operation of a computer keyboard and mouse

Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
• Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Behavioral Science or a related field
• Minimum two years work experience working full time
• Proficient in basic computer skills
• Colorado driver’s license, a good driving record and transportation

• Public speaking and group facilitation
