Job Description

Ignite Flight Academy is looking for a friendly and detail-oriented individual responsible for supporting our Flight School by providing administrative and customer support.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced position for an individual with a great work ethic and the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a strong sense of accountability to our customers and our team.

Primary Responsibilities

• Customer reception and assistance.
• Cordially and professionally answer and direct phone calls.
• Aircraft dispatch/check-in.
• Coordinate fuel requirements for aircraft.
• Assist in proctoring FAA written exams.
• Assist with updating social media.
• Coordinate with line personnel to pull aircraft in and out of hangar/daily hangar stacking.
• Ability to pull aircraft in and out of hangar.
• Clean and organize supplies in the pilot shop.
• Stocking aircraft parts inventory and pilot shop inventory.
• Helping clean the Ignite training facility.
• Assisting in aircraft washing/stocking when needed.
• Supporting initiatives in the Flight School.
• Help conduct day-to-day operations.
• Maintain a professional and positive image of Ignite’s flight training program.
• Actively foster the mission, conviction and core values of Ignite Flight Academy.

Job Type: Part-time

Schedule:

• Day/Evening shift
• Weekend availability

Pay: $16.00/hr - $18.00/hr (Based on experience)
