The expectation for the position will be to learn every station and be capable of moving through the kitchen seamlessly (primarily grill station), be in charge of closing nightly and checking every station and prep list, keeping the food/staff up to standards set by the chef, mentoring cooks into good habits, keeping DOH standards, and most importantly, leading by example.
