Clerk of the Circuit Court & Comptroller, Palm... is Hiring a Process Automation Developer - Temporary - Part-Time Near Beach, FL

The Clerk of the Circuit Court & Comptroller is seeking a well-organized, detail-oriented professional who likes the challenge of variety, and possesses excellent time management skills to join our team on a temporary part-time basis as a process automation developer. This position is responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and monitoring AI systems. This position will generally concentrate on integration and implementation of AI algorithms and logic to support departmental and organizational needs and challenges.

Examples of Essential Functions

  • Develop and implement AI algorithms and logic tailored to optimize court document processing tasks.
  • Implement AI models, algorithms, and applications to answer organizational challenges.
  • Integrate AI functionalities into existing IT infrastructure and applications.
  • Monitor and maintain deployed AI systems, troubleshooting and resolving issues as they arise.
  • Conduct rigorous testing and validation of AI models to ensure accuracy, reliability, and compliance with legal and organizational standards.
  • Stay informed about advancements in AI technology and relevant legal regulations, incorporating best practices into project development.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to team members, project managers and stakeholders on AI-related matters.
  • Document development processes, methodologies, and outcomes for knowledge sharing and future reference and trains team member on the implementation of AI systems.
  • Adheres to project timelines and milestones, ensuring timely delivery of AI-enabled solutions.
  • Develops data ingest and data transformation architecture.

Typical Qualifications

Associate’s degree in Information Technology or related field and one (1) year of recent and relevant experience required; in lieu of an associate’s degree, two (2) years of direct work experience and one (1) year of supplemental work experience required.
  • This is a mandatory testing position, successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen & physical examination (if applicable) is required prior to employment.
