The Clerk's office is seeking individuals to perform administrative work over the summer months in our Finance and Court Operations divisions.

Our Finance positions will perform administrative/clerical work with a focus on quality assurance, and records management functions.
Our Court Operations positions will work on a paper reduction project reviewing scanned documents against the original paper copy to ensure quality!

Typical Qualifications
Board Services
High school diploma (or GED), supplemented by three (3) years of recent and relevant experience; some vocational or college courses preferred; or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
Records Management
High school diploma (or GED), supplemented by three (3) years of general work experience that demonstrates the ability to accurately apply acute attention to detail in maintenance of detailed data, preferably in an automated systems environment; or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience. Once qualified, deputization may be required to perform the assigned functions. Ability to lift file boxes weighing up to 40 pounds.
