Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to our Executive Director and Marketing Director and our grant writer. The ideal candidate will be proficient in clerical tasks, customer service, and project coordination. Fundraising experience and event planning experience is a plus. Looking for someone is discrete and professional.
Duties:
- Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings and appointments
- Database Management
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports for meetings
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls
- Assist in preparing presentations and documents for internal and external meetings
- Maintain organized filing systems both electronically and physically
- Assist the admin team in event coordination and execution of the fund development plan
- Greet visitors, answer inquiries, and direct phone calls and periodically attend community meetings and events
Experience:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
- Proficiency in Google Suite applications
- Strong clerical and administrative skills
- Excellent customer service abilities
- Ability to coordinate projects efficiently
- Fund raising, non-profit and event experience is a plus!
This is a part-time position working with a wonderful team of professionals! Some work from home may be acceptable.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
