Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. You will work closely with our customer service team to address customer concerns promptly and professionally.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and courteous manner.
Provide product information, assistance with orders, and troubleshooting support.
Process returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policies.
Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed to ensure resolution.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in customer service or related field preferred.
