JOB TITLE : Administrative Assistant / Receptionist - San Leandro Entry Level or Experienced

REPORTS TO : Office Manager

SERVPRO of Belmont / San Carlos, San Leandro & Stockton is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant / Receptionist for our San Leandro location .

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Answer phones.
• Maintain log of all calls.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Send out emails and written correspondence.
• Meet crucial deadlines.
• Complete internal job file quality reviews.
• Assist Estimators with estimates and billing invoices.
• Assist with crew and job scheduling.
• Assist other departments, as needed.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• 2 years of administrative or office related experience.
• Customer service experience, quality assurance, and scheduling a plus.
• Experience with billing, quality assurance, and scheduling a plus.
• Experience in service industry environment a plus.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, and a consistently courteous and professional tone of voice at all times.
• Possess polite, confident, and excellent customer service skills as well as listening and questioning skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional during stressful situations.
• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and goal oriented.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Capability to work in a fast paced, team-oriented office environment.
• Proficient in MS Office (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Ability to learn new software including Xactimate and proprietary software.
• Minimum high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law.

HOURS

• 40 hours / week. Hours between 7 : 00am and 7 : 00pm.
• Must be flexible to work overtime when required.

PAY RATE

Competitive pay based on experience.
