The Human Resources Manager will lead and direct the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, new hire processing, training, employee relations & recognition programs and enforcing company policies and practices. Maintain confidentiality to the extent possible in all HR- related matters.
The ideal candidate will have a broad knowledge of Human Resources as well as general administrative responsibilities. They will be able to work autonomously and efficiently with HR software and tools.

A candidate for this position must possess the following applicable knowledge, skills and abilities and be able to demonstrate and provide applicable examples to support his/her competency.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management or related degree or an equivalent combination of education and work experience preferred. Professional HR Designation (PHR, SPHR, or other) preferred. Two to three years of human resources experience is required. Hospitality experience preferred. Must speak fluent English and Spanish. Experience with Workday strongly preferred.
