```Duties```
- Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling correspondence
- Maintain and update office records and files
- Assist with data entry, transcribing, and typing documents
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Coordinate meetings and conferences, including making arrangements for catering and audiovisual equipment
- Assist with front desk duties as needed
```Experience```
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in office management software and tools
- Knowledge of medical receptionist duties is a plus
- Excellent data entry and typing skills
- Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle multiple calls simultaneously
- Experience with calendar management and scheduling appointments
- Knowledge of QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a bonus
