Landlord-Tenant Services is seeking a professional administrative assistant
from part-time to full-time. The prospective candidates would need to be flexible and reliable. The job is fast-paced and time-sensitive.
This job is a floating position seven days a week, and you will average between 15 to 40 hours per week.
We need someone every Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and every Sunday from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Your hours, Monday through Friday, will vary between 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. as needed.

- Answer phones.
- Typing and ten key.
- Make phone calls to verify the information provided on an application.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Knowledge of MW & Excel.
- Ability to multitask.
- Computer skills and internet research.
