Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Manager to join our team. The HR Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the HR department, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with labor laws. This role will support the overall strategic goals of the organization and foster a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment and Onboarding:
• Manage the full recruitment process including job postings, candidate screenings, interviews, and hiring.
• Conduct new employee orientations and ensure all onboarding paperwork is completed.
• Employee Relations:
• Address and resolve employee concerns and grievances.
• Mediate conflicts and facilitate resolutions.
• Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
• Performance Management:
• Develop and implement performance review systems.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations.
• Provide guidance on performance improvement plans.
• Training and Development:
• Identify training needs and develop training programs.
• Coordinate professional development opportunities.
• Track and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
• Compensation and Benefits Administration:
• Oversee payroll and benefits administration.
• Conduct salary benchmarking and job evaluations.
• Manage health and wellness programs.
• Compliance and Policy Management:
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Write and update the employee handbook.
• Maintain employee records in accordance with legal requirements.
• HR Metrics and Reporting:
• Track key HR metrics and analyze data to inform decisions.
• Prepare HR reports for management review.
• Health and Safety:
• Develop and enforce health and safety policies.
• Conduct workplace safety audits and risk assessments.
• Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
• Diversity and Inclusion:
• Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives.
• Develop strategies to attract and retain a diverse workforce.
• Strategic Planning:
• Align HR strategy with organizational goals.
• Participate in strategic planning and organizational development.
• Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Direct experience will also be considered in lieu of, or in conjunction with, education.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in HRIS and other HR-related software.
• Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
