We are seeking a dedicated and capable Medical Administrative Assistant to support the daily administrative needs of providers within a team structure. Your duties will include optimizing the patient experience and ensuring the needs of your providers are met by proactively identifying areas of improvement. Critical thinking, active communication and respectful collaboration with patients, physicians and staff are essential for success.
Job duties include, but are not limited to, supporting the providers by triaging phone calls, scheduling surgeries, maintaining physician calendars, etc. This position supports two new MD teams building their respective practice.
