Ercolano Cleaning & Restoration is a leading provider of restoration services specializing in insurance dmage restoration. Such as, water damage, fire damage, mold remediation. This is a new job position and are looking for the right person to help build a department that is a leader in training, documentation, procedures and helping all employees from manamnent to techinicians succeed and grow.

Job Description:
We are seeking a talented HR Specialist to join our team and contribute to our company's success. The HR Specialist will play a crucial role in managing various human resources functions to ensure the effective operation of our organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the recruitment and selection process by sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating the hiring process.
  • Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Oversee employee relations, including resolving conflicts, conducting investigations, and implementing disciplinary actions when necessary.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals and legal requirements.
  • Coordinate employee training and development initiatives to enhance skills and performance.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee information, including attendance, leave, and performance evaluations.
  • Stay updated on labor laws, regulations, and industry trends to ensure compliance and best practices.
  • Provide HR support and guidance to managers and employees on various HR-related issues.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. [Note: You can adjust educational requirements based on your preferences and industry standards.]
  • Proven experience as an HR Specialist or similar role, preferably in the restoration or construction industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with employees at all levels.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and MS Office applications.
  • HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
