**Job Overview:** We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR practices and be knowledgeable in various HR systems and tools.
**Responsibilities:** - Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews of potential caregivers - Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions - Ensure compliance with employment labor laws and regulations - Administer employee benefits programs and assist with payroll processing - Implement performance management processes to drive employee development - Utilize HRIS systems such as Paychex, Paylocity, Oracle, and Kronos for data management - Provide guidance on OSHA regulations and workplace safety protocols - Support talent acquisition efforts by sourcing candidates and coordinating interviews
