All American Generator Services Inc. is Hiring an Office Assistant Near Chatsworth, CA

All American Generator Services is a family-owned residential and commercial generator installation, repair, and service business serving the greater Los Angeles area. We are a fast-paced rapidly growing business looking for multiple motivated individuals and team supervisors to join our team and continue to grow with us.

Currently, we're looking for an Office Assistant to join our team. This role is a great fit for you if you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy wearing different hats, and have outstanding customer service.

Primary Job Functions: Handle correspondence with the customers, answer phones, submit and follow up on permits. Assist with dispatching technicians. Coordinate communication between technicians, customers, vendors, and the office. Handle warranty claims. Provide administrative support to the installation department of the company.

Work Hours: 8 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday, occasional overtime may be required

Pay Scale: $20 - $25 per hour depending on experience

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • 1-2 years of office administration, inside sales, or call center experience
  • Experience working with permits is a big plus
  • Experience working with warranty claims is a plus
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Positive "can do" attitude
  • Familiarity with GPS or mapping software, desired
