Job Title: Senior Manager, Facilities Maintenance & Capital Projects

Location(s): AWPC – Based in Philadelphia, PA (Broussard, LA, Milton, FL and Whiting Field Facility in Santa Rosa County, FL, & Alexandria, VA locations)
Summary:
Responsible for general services, facility maintenance/building operations, grounds, critical infrastructure equipment/utilities and the planning and execution of all Infrastructures Capital Projects across multiple site locations within AWPC (Philadelphia, Broussard, LA, Milton, FL, New Whiting Field Facility currently under construction in Santa Rosa County, FL, and Washington DC area LH-US office locations)
Duties and Responsibilities: | % of Time | |
1. | Manages the design, planning, construction, and completion of all AWPC Infrastructures Capital Projects. Includes current major strategic expansion in Philadelphia and New Whiting Field Facility currently under construction in Santa Rosa County, FL. | 25% |
2. | Develops and manages the Capex budgets and long-range facility plans based on company growth and future facilities needs. | 10% |
3. | Responsible for the maintenance of AWPC facilities including buildings, grounds, critical infrastructure, and utilities. | 15% |
4. | Deliver general services/campus support including cleaning, pest control, furniture, interior landscaping, water distribution, and other misc. services required as needed. | 10% |
5. | Develop and manages the Facilities/General Services operating budgets (C50017 & C50011) with monthly comparison of actuals to budget. | 10% |
6. | Ensures building operations comply with all local zoning laws and regulations and serve as a stakeholder in the AWPC Environmental, Health, & Safety program | 5% |
7. | Manages leases and utilities related to all infrastructure assets. | 5% |
8. | Oversees all contracted services involved in providing day to day services and implementation of projects in support of all AWPC locations | 10% |
9. | Deliver existing facility management AS9100 program and support the development and launch of continuous improvement related to the Total Productive Maintenance Program (TPM) initiative for all critical infrastructure assets. | 10% |
Education
Bachelor Degree in Engineering or related field; or at least 15 years of experience in facility management within a large company |
Experience
At least 15 years of experience in critical facilities management and capital project delivery in a manufacturing setting, with aviation industry experience preferred. |
