Summary of Position:
Manages for all production flight line activities at the Philadelphia site including the delivery of both the 119 and AW139 aircraft.
2. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. | Manages flight line activities including: meeting quality, cost, and schedule, and safety requirements as set forth in the operational plan. | 25 |
2. | Develops internal schedules for the flight line in coordination with support functions. | 5 |
3. | Sets daily, weekly, and monthly goals for the flight line teams. | 25 |
4. | Coordinates all flight activities with pilots and aircraft availability. | 10 |
5. | Coordinates with the production supervision and quality control personnel on the transfer of aircraft from production lines to the flight line. | 10 |
6. | Assures personnel receive required training and training records are maintained. | 10 |
7. | Ensures that all tooling is made available for required jobs. | 5 |
8. | Develops flight line teams and the team leaders are identified for the flight line. | 10 |

Qualifications for Position:
A. Education
HS diploma or equivalent. BS in Engineering highly desirable. |
B. Experience
Two to five years’ flight line experience with one to three years in a leadership role. |
