The Business Development team at TechChange looks after sales, marketing, and proposal development globally. We’re a small but mighty team of smart, committed, curious, ethics-driven go-getters, and we’re looking for our next team member!
The Business Development Manager will report to the VP of Business Development, and will be supporting all of the core functions of BD across both core business lines: education & training as well as conferences & events. We are looking for someone who is keen to jump in and get their hands dirty in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, cross-cultural environment. This role is like a ‘survey course’ of BD fundamentals: it includes research, analysis, project/proposal management, outreach & recruitment, sales support, marketing collateral development, data wrangling, and systems/tool optimization.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a hungry international development BD professional to contribute at a strategic and operational level to an exciting, dynamic social enterprise with an enviable reputation in the sector.
Globally remote (distributed, work-from-home structure); flexible US East Coast (EST) hours while serving global clients.
The position will require extensive time sitting or standing and viewing computer screens from a home setup. The following capabilities may be required to perform this position's essential functions. Reasonable accommodations can be made available to address the following requirements.
Total compensation: $85,000 - $95,000
Includes base salary of $75,000 - 85,000 plus up to $10,000 in bonuses
