You excel in navigating the dynamic field of human resources, equipped with a broad set of skills that empower you to handle challenges with finesse. As our HR Manager, you collaborate closely with the HR team, functional stakeholders, business partners, and leaders across the company. You provide frontline HR support and are instrumental in delivering people-related programs and initiatives, with the primary focus on Talent Management. Your ability to connect and communicate with people at all levels ensures that our core values are demonstrated and celebrated throughout the organization. You bring creativity, strategic thinking, a “roll up your sleeves” attitude, and a broad understanding of employee relations to your role, making a significant daily impact and driving the success of our HR initiatives, which are crucial for our company's growth.
