WHO YOU ARE You are a true generalist with a focus on Talent Management, Training & Development, and/or People Operations. You excel in navigating the dynamic field of human resources, equipped with a broad set of skills that empower you to handle challenges with finesse. As our HR Manager, you collaborate closely with the HR team, functional stakeholders, business partners, and leaders across the company. You provide frontline HR support and are instrumental in delivering people-related programs and initiatives, with the primary focus on Talent Management. Your ability to connect and communicate with people at all levels ensures that our core values are demonstrated and celebrated throughout the organization. You bring creativity, strategic thinking, a “roll up your sleeves” attitude, and a broad understanding of employee relations to your role, making a significant daily impact and driving the success of our HR initiatives, which are crucial for our company's growth.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

Talent Management and Development:

• Serve as the administrator of Topyx, our Learning Management System (LMS), responsible for maintaining and updating content and identifying new course content to meet the evolving needs of our workforce.
• Conduct training sessions and development workshops to enhance employee skills and facilitate career growth within the organization.
• Manage the performance management process, including creating communications, supporting employees and managers, and managing deadlines to ensure compliance with organizational standards and objectives.

People Operations and Compliance:

• Participate in internal audits of HR practices to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and identify areas for improvement.

HR Initiatives:

• Collaborate with the HR team on relevant cross-functional initiatives.
• Support internal Company Communications as needed.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Minimum five years of HR experience focusing on talent management, learning & development, and/or people operations.
• Experience supporting non-exempt and exempt employees at all levels of the business.
• Passionate about people development, with a proven track record in developing employees at all levels.
• Deep understanding of talent management strategies.
• Broad knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR practices.
• Excellent relationship-building and influencing skills with people at all levels and functions.
• Strong process and systems skills, capable of supporting new initiatives to drive organizational scalability.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong detail orientation; systematic and thorough approach to problem-solving; and good organizational and recordkeeping skills.

EXTRA EXTRAS

• HR certification preferred (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP).
• Experience with UKG
• Experience in warehouse and retail operations
