Description Human Resources Assistant DESCRIPTION: The Human Resources Assistant is a vital member of the Human Resources team. They will support all functions of the HR team by providing administrative support and assigned clerical activities.

New Hire Bonus of $2,000.00 for full-time hires!
Pay Rate: $18/hr (Full Time)
Responsibilities: - Assists with the onboarding process.
- Verifies new hire credentials, background checks, licenses, and references.
- Submits Act 33/34 and FBI clearances and notifies department supervisors when satisfactory clearances are received.
- Processes E-Verify process for new hires that they are authorized for employment.
- Answers routine requests and completes forms for employment verification, mortgages, etc.
- Prioritizes and maintains personnel files and coordinates annual records and retention activities. Purges employee files on a detailed basis according to established departmental procedures.
- Makes copies, prepares mail, scans invoices for payment, and other administrative duties.
- Performs all activities with discretion and maintains the confidentiality of all information.
- Generates Personnel Action Forms and inputs information into the HR software system.
- Performs other related duties as assigned. Required qualifications: A minimum of 2 years' administrative support experience.
Ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
Strong attention to detail and administrative experience with data entry and record keeping.
Ability to communicate efficiently with team members and employees.
Proficiency with documents, spreadsheets, email and calendar management.
Preferred qualifications: Experience with HRIS systems along with Google Suite.
HR administrative experience and knowledge of HR processes.
