Culver Franchising System is looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to support the legal and risk team. This position will be responsible for providing administrative support with various tasks related to franchise agreements and other documents and contracts, regulatory compliance, brand protection, and franchisee support while upholding critical confidentiality standards.

If you are someone who:

• has two plus years of experience providing administrative support in a legal setting
• is familiar with franchising concepts and with FranConnect or can become proficient quickly
• has a demonstrated strong interest in franchise law and the legal field
• possesses excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• works with attention to detail and accuracy
• has effective written and verbal communication skills
• has the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• is proficient in Microsoft Office suite
