Summary:
The Delivery Lead provides product‑level and portfolio‑level delivery governance across the Lending Ecosystems and Integrations Product, which manages the integrations and interfaces supporting both Loan IQ (Loan Accounting) and nCino (Loan Delivery) platforms. This role ensures delivery alignment to enterprise priorities, manages cross‑product dependencies, and represents delivery health into high‑visibility enterprise and change governance forums.
This is a strategic delivery leadership role requiring strong communication, cross-product coordination, enterprise delivery governance knowledge, and an understanding of data movement and integration impacts within Commercial Banking.
Responsibilities:
Product & Portfolio Governance
Provide delivery oversight and governance at the product portfolio level.
Ensure alignment from enterprise strategy to delivery execution across contributing L2 and L4 teams.
Present delivery health, risks, dependencies, and issues to enterprise governance bodies and end‑to‑end change initiative leadership.
Cross‑Product Coordination
Manage cross‑product and cross‑value‑stream dependencies that affect Loan IQ and nCino integrations.
Identify systemic risks early and drive mitigation, coordination, or escalation.
Govern and track dependencies across programs, including linkages to enterprise Change Initiatives.
Delivery Execution Oversight
Maintain program‑level visibility into status, risks, issues, and delivery blockers.
Drive predictable delivery outcomes with transparency into data flows, integration touchpoints, and downstream impacts.
Ensure readiness for all releases across dependent teams, including SDLC requirements, operational readiness, and change adoption needs.
Financial & Benefits Management
Develop and maintain business cases for the L3 portfolio.
Manage delivery financials, forecasts, and investment tracking.
Monitor and report on benefits realization.
Leadership & Core Routines
Lead and facilitate key routines including:
Intention Mapping (Quarterly)
Big Room Planning (Quarterly)
Cross‑Product and Cross‑Product Line Syncs (Monthly)
Product Retrospectives (Quarterly)
Product Cabinet & Strategic Product Reviews (Monthly/Quarterly)
Serve as a strategic partner to Product, Change, Technology, and Shared Services leaders, ensuring alignment and cohesive execution.

Qualifications:

Background in Financial Services, preferably Commercial Banking
Understanding of data flows, integrations, and interfaces (Loan IQ/nCino experience helpful but not required)
Experience supporting Loan IQ, nCino, or other Commercial Lending platforms (preferred)
Experience coordinating large-scale migration, conversion, or integration initiatives (preferred)
Familiarity with Jira for dependency tracking and delivery reporting (preferred)
