Agility Partners is searching for an IT Delivery Lead to oversee the successful delivery of enterprise technology initiatives, with a strong focus on end‑user experience, infrastructure/application integration, and cross‑functional coordination. This role is hands-on and requires a blend of technical understanding, project delivery leadership, and change management expertise. You’ll ensure alignment across infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, and business stakeholders while driving execution from planning through adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of IT integration and modernization initiatives across multiple workstreams.
- Develop and execute infrastructure and application integration plans supporting end-user technologies.
- Coordinate cross-team dependencies and ensure alignment with program objectives and timelines.
- Establish and report on KPIs that measure delivery, readiness, and adoption outcomes.
- Oversee IT project governance, risk management, and status reporting.
- Select and apply appropriate project methodologies (Waterfall, Scrum, Kanban) based on teams and deliverables.
- Integrate change management best practices into delivery strategies to support smooth adoption.
- Drive communication planning to keep stakeholders engaged and informed.
- Define and supervise testing strategies to validate readiness for deployment.
- Monitor post-deployment performance and drive timely issue resolution.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for execution, delivery, and change-related activities.
- Build relationships with technical teams, business leaders, and external partners to drive decisions and remove roadblocks.
The ideal candidate
- 10 years of experience in IT service delivery, technology project management, or related functions.
- Strong background in infrastructure delivery, end‑user technologies, and/or Microsoft ecosystem initiatives.
- 5 years executing complex change management programs within enterprise environments.
- Practical experience leading cross-functional teams without direct authority.
- Deep familiarity with project management frameworks including Waterfall, Agile, Kanban, or hybrid models.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous settings.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to drive accountability, influence outcomes, and proactively solve issues.
