- Provide product‑level and portfolio‑level delivery governance and oversight across multiple products or value streams.
- Manage cross‑product dependencies, risks, issues, and ensure delivery execution aligns with enterprise priorities.
- Coordinate and facilitate core delivery routines such as quarterly planning, product retrospectives, and strategic reviews.
- Communicate effectively with executive-level team members and stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment.
- Support the integration and data flow management between Loan IQ and nCino systems at a high level.
- Experience in Commercial Banking or Commercial Lending environments.
- Understanding of lending ecosystems and loan delivery processes.
- Ability to oversee loan accounting and integration tracking across systems.
- Strong project management skills with experience in Agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of interfacing with executive teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
