What's the Job?
- Work directly with R&D customers to support development related to PWP Digital Web Presses.
- Operate and maintain multiple large industrial web presses, providing hands-on electrical and mechanical support.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve press and tooling issues, including hardware and software upgrades.
- Collaborate with R&D engineers to test, repair, and modify equipment, ensuring optimal performance.
- Perform repair, maintenance, and equipment modifications following technical manuals and blueprints.
- AA/AS Degree in Business, Technical field, or equivalent experience.
- Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills with hands-on experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications including Access, Word, and Excel.
- Ability to read electrical schematics and perform hardware/software diagnostics.
- Experience supporting firmware updates, managing revisions, and performing equipment repairs.
