Manufacturing Network Project Leader

Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Manufacturing Network Project Leader to join their team. As a Manufacturing Network Project Leader, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Manufacturing Network Project Leader

Location: Maplewood, MN

Pay Range: $40-$45/hr

Duration: 12 months (potential to extend)

What's the Job?

• Lead strategic and complex transitional supply chain projects with cross-functional and global teams from inception to completion.
• Define project scope, targets, deliverables, schedules, dependencies, resources, and milestones in collaboration with senior leadership.
• Ensure timely delivery of project stages and prepare for stage gate decision meetings.
• Manage project costs, deadlines, quality standards, resources, and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Identify and mitigate risks through RAID logs, escalating significant issues proactively to maintain project momentum.

• Proven experience in managing complex projects within a manufacturing or supply chain environment.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to analyze risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.
