- Lead strategic and complex transitional supply chain projects with cross-functional and global teams from inception to completion.
- Define project scope, targets, deliverables, schedules, dependencies, resources, and milestones in collaboration with senior leadership.
- Ensure timely delivery of project stages and prepare for stage gate decision meetings.
- Manage project costs, deadlines, quality standards, resources, and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Identify and mitigate risks through RAID logs, escalating significant issues proactively to maintain project momentum.
- Proven experience in managing complex projects within a manufacturing or supply chain environment.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
