Job Title: Senior CMP Process Engineer

What's the Job?
- Start up, develop, and optimize CMP processes to enhance product quality and yield.
- Collaborate with equipment and integration engineers to identify and resolve manufacturing issues.
- Drive process improvements using statistical process control (SPC) tools and data analysis.
- Support process development for DRAM manufacturing and ensure process stability.
- Manage projects to meet milestones related to yield, defect reduction, and cost efficiency.
- Minimum of 2 years of industry experience as a Process Owner within CMP or related semiconductor processes, or a Master’s degree in Engineering with relevant experience.
- Willingness to travel internationally for onboarding and training purposes.
- Strong understanding of semiconductor fabrication processes and equipment.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
