Job Title: Senior Surveyor

What's the Job?
- Oversee the professional supervision and management of Survey & Survey Mapping projects to ensure profitability, safety, quality, and operational excellence.
- Prepare legal descriptions, easement descriptions, and estimates for survey needs and projects.
- Conduct boundary, ALTA, and topographic surveys to support engineering projects and survey initiatives.
- Develop plans and construction layouts to facilitate project execution.
- Coordinate scheduling of field crews, ensuring project deadlines are consistently met and project goals are achieved.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 8 years of professional experience in Field / Land Surveying.
- Valid Driver’s License is required, as work in the field is part of the role.
- Completion of relevant Surveying training and active Survey credentials in Delaware (e.g., PS and/or FS exams for PLS or Surveying Intern certification) are preferred.
- Proficiency with modern survey methods, tools, and technologies such as CADD, Total Stations, HDLS, GIS, AutoCAD Civil 3D, RTS, GPS, and Leica Geosystems hardware/software.
