- Develop, maintain, and analyze annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial plans.
- Monitor financial performance and provide meaningful analysis of trends, variances, risks, and opportunities.
- Support month-end and quarter-end close activities, including accruals, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Prepare and present financial reports, dashboards, and business insights for leadership teams.
- Conduct financial modeling and scenario analysis to support operational and strategic decision-making.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4–7 years of experience in Financial Analysis, FP&A, Corporate Finance, or related roles.
- Strong experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present financial information clearly to diverse audiences.
