Summary:
We are seeking a Systems Integration Analyst to support our Integration Team, acting as the critical liaison between nCino and the 30–40 systems that connect to it. This role requires strong technical aptitude, deep experience in data analysis, and a solid understanding of commercial lending to ensure seamless data flow, system integrity, and high‑quality integrations.
You will work closely with a 10‑person agile team, performing hands‑down technical analysis, SQL work, and data mapping to support enterprise‑level cross‑system integrations.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the integration point between nCino and all connected enterprise systems.
Collaborate with engineering, product, and integration teams to understand data movement and system interactions.
Analyze data across multiple connected systems, identifying patterns, gaps, and quality issues.
Design and execute data mapping, ensuring consistent interpretation and transformation across platforms.
Write and optimize SQL queries for analysis, troubleshooting, and validation.
Work within an Agile team environment to deliver incremental enhancements and integration fixes.
Contribute to the improvement of data quality, interface performance, and system interoperability.
Leverage REST APIs for system-to-system integrations and debugging.
Support commercial lending workflows by applying domain knowledge to technical scenarios.
