The Opportunity
You will help drive case strategy and execution in commercial litigation matters, including discovery, motions, hearings and trial preparation. The role is suited to a litigator who is comfortable taking ownership of key workstreams while working closely with partners and clients on practical dispute resolution strategy.
Ideal Candidate Profile
The firm is seeking a mid level Litigation Counsel with:
- Admission to the Washington State Bar
- Ability to work full time in office in Seattle
- Meaningful experience handling general commercial litigation matters
- Strong litigation fundamentals including discovery management, motion practice and trial preparation
- Excellent legal writing, sound judgment and a practical approach to client service
